Is It Possible To Load Just One Feature Eg. Excel And Not The Rest.thank You

Yes, you can choose which applications you want to install.

When you run the Office 2000 setup, after you see the license information and you get to the Ready To Install screen, typically there will be an option called Customize. Select Customize and you will come to the Selecting Features screen that lists the various applications you can install.

A number of features will be installed by default, unless you change them. If, for example, you decide you do not want to install Microsoft Word, you would click on the down-arrow next to the item Microsoft Word For Windows, and change the option to Not Available. If you wanted to install Excel, you would go to the Excel item and select the option Run from My Computer.

You may want to go through each item on the list to see if you want to install it. You can see how much disk space the installation will use by checking the bottom of the screen where it says Size.
