Question Infopath 2003/Sharepoint 2003 - Drop down list box only partially filled

Hey folks,

I'm using Microsoft Office 2003 and I'm trying to populate an Infopath form with a sharepoint list. I am able to point to the list with no problem using the data connection, and I can specify the right column. The sharepoint list I am using has 708 rows of data.

Here's the problem:
The drop down list box that I am using for the data is only being partially populated (only the first 100 data elements are filled in).

Are the drop-down list boxes capped at 100?
Is there a way to increase the size of the list in a drop-down list box?

*edit: Also, is there maybe another kind of work around get all 708 data elements in a drop-down list box without making 8 drop-down lists?

Thanks in advance!

The default setting on a list is 100 for display purposes. You may want to test out creating a new view with a higher setting and using this view in your connection to Infopath

Make sure your sharepoint list is showing the entire list. it defaults to 100, but you can change that to any value (ie 1000). Modify the view of the list and under item limit, there should be a place for you to enter the number of items to display.

Thanks for the response!
Unfortunately the project in which this was referring has been completed quite some time ago. But this still could prove useful in the future.
