Pin MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup

I have installed MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup but it doesn't appear on the FILE menu. When I tried to reinstall it, I received a message that it was already installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still it doesn't appear in the FILE menu. Please help

Not knowing the version of outlook, perhaps this might help.

You have installed personnal folders backup program, may i know how you have instaled means from website or from disk,,,

please send the screen shot of the file - menu,
is it Outlook 03/07..? On WinXp or vista..?

Any update on this issue. When i install as an Administrator it shows up in the file list but when i log in as a user it does not show up in my file menu.
