outlook Rules to delete unreaded emails !

hi mates

i have more than 1300 unreaded email in my outlook and i am looking for rule to delete unreaded emails before 15 may 2008

pls if you could help with this

I would simply click VIEW>CURRENT VIEW>UNREAD MESSAGES, and then sort by date, click the first one you want to delete, move down to the last one you want to delete, hold SHIFT and then click the last one and all in between will be highlighted, hit the DELETE key on your keyboard, and you're done. It's about as fast as creating a rule and you don't have to worry about it deleting anything you might need on accident.
