outlook 2007 / vista problem
just got my shiney new laptop running vista with office 2007, have created account for family with mine as an administrator account, installed outlook for myself no problem, did same for other account and outlook has a problem. it opens fine but wont close or send e-mails etc stating that there is a dialogue box open close it and start again. well there isent as far as i know and so does task manager. I have deleted the account and tried again but no success the problem is the same......can anyone help please. l

Thank you for replying. Yes, I have sp1 installed for Office. I actually figured out that it was the .pst file, too big. What I ended up doing was letting Outlook create a new data file, then I opened the old data file and simply moved everything into the new one. Afterwards, I deleted the old file. Works fine now.
