Ms outlook mails not downloading
my outlook mail and that of two other people in my network is not loading.d mail that was there before the problem occured vanished. i've uninstalling outlook and running a fresh installation. configuring the user afresh did not solve the problem. the user name and password dialogue box keeps popping up. i even recreated the user in the active directory and used a known password , d problem is still there. i am using windows server 2003 in server and windows xp in desk top ,any suggestions
