Outlook Web Access Error problem

Hi ,

We are having the following issue going on in our firm. We are using Outlook Web Access 2003 internally as well as externally.

The issue is reported when using web access internally.

When a user creates an email and wants to send it , internet explorer pops up an error "Service not available". This error keeps coming for this user , but other users can just keep happily sending emails.

After a while(unknown how long it takes) the user having the issue can send emails again.

Cleaning out cookies , temp files etc doesn`t work , as rebooting doesn`t either. The error keeps coming for a unknown period of time.

I have searched the internet high and below , but cannot find this specific error(it is not giving the page service unavailable but an error pop up).

Anyone able to give me the reason and if possible a solution.
