I dont know if i have the right forum or not but i thought i would try anyway. I have created a database that has Representatives listed in a form by general info such as name address and so on. What i am wanting to do is create a cmd button below this form called Personal info which will have the reps ssn, dob, home address and so on. I have created the form that this will appear on but everytime i enter in a record it saves it to the table as it should but when i go to key in another reps info it does not keep the info with the current rep on the previous form. I want to be able to click on Personal info and have it bring up the personal info form for the reps info that i am looking at. Anyone have any suggestions? I get it to save to the table but not display the info when the cmd button is pushed. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks |
