Ok,
So I am not a computer whiz by any means, but I am not also am not stuck in the 20's. I had a "ripped copy" of Office 2007. After having some problems I bought Office enterprise 2007 legally hoping to get rid of the previous problems. Well I can't. This is what's wrong. If I attempt to insert a cover page or header or footer, the "templates" are not there. There is simply no option to choose after I click on the ribbon. Also, the default margins are skewed and I am unsure how to reset them back to the default setting. I was hoping the uninstall and re install of a new word with a new product key would do the trick but I am at square one. Any ideas? I have run a virus scan on my computer and also the "diagnostic scan" within word and I came up with nothing. It quit a nuisance considering I use word daily. Please help if you can. Thanks everyone! ![]() |
