Unusual Bounce back messages using outlook.....
Every monday morning we send out Roster emails to our clients using outlook 2003 and lately we seem to be getting a few bounce back messages. There’s quite a lot. We generally don’t get bounce-backs from these addresses when we send them individual emails. I was wondering if anyone knows why this happens with some recipients in BCC emails?
I'm guessing it’s probably something to do with the recipients email server? Any help, suggestions or advice would be much appreciated. Hope that all makes sense? Regards |
