Access Combo Box

Hello,

I am trying to fix an issue in Access. There is a combo box on a form. It is looking up information from a Table called ProgramCodes. The table has 2 columns (PrgID & PrgDescription). In the combo box on the form I am requesting it to show both columns but bound to the PrgID.

When we tab stop on this combo box and begin to type in the PrgID we get an error that the program code doesn't exist. When I click on the drop down arrow I can see the 2 columns but there's nothing in PrgID (all of the descriptions DO appear)

When I click on the program I want it then inserts the correct ProgID, the same thing that I tried to type.

If I go directly to the table, everything appears correctly. I have checked the properties of the combo box and visible = yes, column count = 2, bound column = 1.

Help is greatly appreciated.
