Outlook Express doesn't send email
Hello,
Hoping someone can help. I have a laptop which I use to access email from my host. The SMTP/POP settings are correct because when I email from home, hotspots, etc. email gets sent nd delivered no problem. When I use the laptop at work and use Outlook express, I can receive email, but when I send it A.) does not get delivered and B.) it does not get bounced back. It essentially gets "lost". I have Verizon DSL at work and have Dynex router, which I just did a standard install. Verizon says the issue is with my host. My host says it is an issue with Verizon. Is it possible that it is the router that is the problem...and if so, any ideas on setting changes I could make? Thanks in advance! |
