I use IE6, on Windows XP and my e-mail program is Office Outlook 2007
Before I used Office Outlook 2003 I used to make a newsletter in a html-editor (NVU), browse it in IE6 and then send it as an e-mail using IE6-option File/Send/page by e-mail. Office Outlook (2003) opened and my webpage appeared in the body of the message which I could send afterwards. A few weeks ago I had to reinstall Windows and when I now follow the same procedure, Office Outlook (2007) opens but the wepage appears as an attachment to the message. Is this a bug or can I change it by modifying some settings? Which ones? |

Hi,
I got the same problem. Do you find a solution? I use also IE6 and Windows XP. But my email-program is Lotus Notes. My attachment has no file-extension. Sincerely Jan |

Re: IE6 - send page by e-mail [moved from IE]
Hello,
Unfortunately I didn't find an answer up to know. But I found a work around using Outlook 2007 which has a lot more facilities to maken 'newletters' (i.e. draning tables etc...). If I ever find an answer I will inform you. Kind regards, Piet Glorieux |
