Please Help!! - Duration field in Resource Usage view for MSProject 2003
Hi all,
Hopefully you guys can help because this has been driving me up the wall. In Project 2003, how can I get a duration field (or alternatively edit the work feild) to display in days instead of hours in the Resource Usage view??!!? Currently nothing I have tried has worked. For those interested, here is a list of what I have attempted. 1)Directly edit the work feild - no option to change how time is displayed. 2)Add a custom duration field - Doesn't really work. Using a very counter-intuitive forumula I can get it to display the total days listed next to the resource name as a function of the work time, but it wont do it for the tasks listed under that resource. This is on by defualt in the Task Usage view. Why is it such a pain (or perhaps impossible) to get this functionality in the Resource Usage view?? Please help me guys, I'm about to put a fist through my monitor I am so frustrated. |
