not recieving all emails to outlook account
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 with XP pro 2002 service pac 2. We have a file server, and three other conputers on our home network. When I open Outlook on my computer, I receive 25-50% of the emails that are coming into the account. The two other computers are recieving all the emails. I have checked the settings over and over and they look like they are set-up the same way for each computer. We use POP3, not Microsoft Exchange server. Any suggestions? The emails are not going in to any of the junk or spam folders - I've checked that.
