OS: XP

Hi - for the past month or so I have been having problems with email attachments. Some of my contacts cannot open the attachments (various file types Word, Excel, PPT Pdf etc). The message is often 'file is damaged' and yet the same mail to two people will work with one and not the other. Today tried sending files using WinZip and the response was 'bytes missing from file' at the other end.
Really, really confused and not sure what to try. Has anyone had the same problems...? My OS is XP and I am using Office 2003 with all updates. Anti-virus is BitDefender 2008. |
