Add-in Errors with Symantec and Outlook 2003
We updated to Symantec End Point Protection 11 and now are receiving add-in errors when opening an e-mail in Outlook 2003. Years ago I saw these add-in errors in relation with a symantec anti virus update and the fix was to delete the extend.dat file in Outlook. I tried this and it does not work. Does anyone have an suggestions as how to fix this?
