Hi all. One of my users has a new laptop with XPSP2 and Office 2007. He is having an issue with Outlook 2007. When he receives new mail, the counter beside the inbox increases correctly, but the new mail does not appear in the inbox. When he clicks off the inbox to another folder then back to it, the new mail is there. There are approximately 10 other systems in the company with the same configuration, that do not have this problem.
Mail account is POP3 Local PST file All mail settings appear correct Not a Sort By issue No Google Toolbar or Desktop installed I have searched for a number of hours for a solution, but to no avail. Any help greatly appreciated |
