MS Outlook 2003 issue
Please can someone help.
I have access to a shared calender but when I accept an meeting request on behalf of someone, it only updates my calender and not the other users calender as well. Please can someone help. I am using Outlook 2003. |

Re: MS Outlook 2003 issue
Hi Badboynads,
When you go into Tools > Options > Delegates (on the pc of the user you're accepting the meetings for) you will see that there's a tickbox 'Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates and not to me. If this is ticked, in my oponion, the calendar of that person will not be updated once someone has accepted or declined a meeting request. Untick the box, and accept the meeting and normally the calendar will be updated Tell me if that helps. Kind regards, Stumpy81 |

Re: MS Outlook 2003 issue
Ok, what happens then, when you disable the delegate and setup a test meeting? Is it working ok then or is the calendar still not updated?
What are the rights you have been given to the user's calendar? Try setting you as an owner on this person's calendar as a permission level. Kind regards, Stumpy |
