Microsoft Window 2002 SP3 prompt for "File conversion" when open the doc, pls HELP!
My usb hard disk was corrupted, and I send it to get my data retrieved, the person did open the doc on his PC to show me retrieving files, and those files seem readable to me, but the problem occur when I tried to open the document on my personal pc, a message prompting "select the encoding that makes your documen readable", I currently using the microsoft office 2002 sp3 and also using this version to create those document, and I have download all the service packs including "Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats"
I have microsoft office and excel file, both show me the same problem. Please HELP!!!! |
