Hiding / Unhing of Columns
Hi
I am sharing a very lengthly (horizontally) excel sheet having lots of formulas and links,but I hide fews columns range (b1:z1) by using horizontal subtotal function. To save the linkings & formulas,I had (password) protect the sheet. After protecting the sheet on one can able to hide/ unhide those columns. Many thanks in Adv. Best Regards, Anirudh |

Hi
That is correct. You would have to unprotect the sheet first, hide or unhide the required columns and then reprotect the sheet.
