hi,
i am using outlook 2003 and have about 2300 contacts in my "public folder". i am changing my email address and want each of them to recieve the same message notifying them of this change. i was wondering if there was a limit on the amount of recipients per email? heres a screen of what my outlook is arranged like, just so you get the idea. ![]() theres one way i have figured out to do it, and that requires typing in manually all 2300 names with a ; between which i dont have the time for. dont think anyone does. and i can click "to..." and only severeal contacts come up which are from the top contacts section. the local? contacts.? i think thats wat they call them. i have also tried to add all of these contacts to the local contacts which is located near the top (see picture). yet the "too..." button still only displays the 14 items on contacts. and not all 2300. sorry if it got a little confusing there. if u need to know anything, feel free to ask! cheers. lem02 Last edited by lem02; 02-28-2008 at 09:33 PM. |
