Can Create File: Backlog Ct.rtf???

Greetings,

I have a user that receives a backlog report and has been receiving it for a few years now. All of a sudden yesterday, when tried to open the attachment from her email, it gave her the following message:

Can't create file: Backlog Ct.rtf. Right-Click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

Some info: The report comes from Access 97 (I know, very old, but the database is rarely used) and the user has outlook 98. She doesn't have any issues opening any other attachments, other users continue to have no problems opening up the attachment that she receives the error with. Their outlook ranges from 98 to 2003. Hi I have a similar problem have you resoloved yours as I would like to know the solution if possible
