In the last 6-8 months we have experienced office applications freezing up, especially in Word & Outlook, when trying to open or save a document. The problem is mainly with Citrix users (MetaFramePresentation Server 4.0 Advanced/Microsoft Server 2003 SP2). Sometimes you can wait 15 seconds after typing before the words actually show up on the screen. I have just recently added SP3 in hopes that it would take care of some of these issues but to my dismay nothing has changed. It is as if there are things running in the background but haven't found anything out of the ordinary. Any ideas or suggestions?
