Outllok 2002- Unable to select another Profile
I have MS Outllook 2002 on XPsp2. Often, I am unable to select one of three mail profiles in Outlook. When opening Outlook for the first time in a day, the "Select Profile" dialg box will come up normally. After closing Outlook to open another profile, The dialog box does NOTappear and Outlook opens to the last chosen profile.
If I wait long enough, (time?) or use other programs for awhile(such as IE7), The "Select Profile" box MAY appear when opening Outlook again. I have "Prompt for Profile to be used" option checked in the "MAIL" section of Control Panel. I even have selected "Aways use this profile" to force the profile I want, but Outlook will just open the last profile I used. Eventually, I will be able to open the three different profiles, but not when I want to, but when Outlook decides to let me. Otherwise, Outlook performs correctly. I have searched Microsoft support and this forum looking for a solution, but have not found this issue. I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks Longhorn199 |
