macro for generating lists of italicized words?
I'd be grateful for any ideas about how to accomplish this. I am editing a word manuscript that is in divided into sections with section headings, and scattered throughout are italicized and bold italicized words. I am trying to make an index of these words (with the section they occur in).
I think I need a macro to select all italicized words and delete everything that isn't a section heading or in italics. That way i would genearte a word list under each section heading, which would be half the battle. I'd then tag each word wth the section it was under (probably by hand) and then do an alphabetical sort... Tricky but it could be a really useful macro for indexing. Thanks BookEditor |
