Excel function FREQUENCY
In a table in Excel various items are listed.
Each item gets a code (= number) in column A, this code is not unique, different items can have the same code. I find the number of the biggest group with the same code with the following function: =MAX(FREQUENCY(clusters!A:A;clusters!A:A)) This function works perfect. But when I try to find the number of the smallest group with the same code with the following function: =MIN(FREQUENCY(clusters!A:A;clusters!A:A)) the result is always zero. How can I find the number of the smallest group with the same code??? |

Hi and welcome to TSF.
I'm not very good with formulae, but I thought that Frequency was an array function and therefore needs to be input using Ctrl+Shift+Enter?
