Hi,
![]() I am an editor for many authors. I edit short documents all the way up to large books. I have made several macros to remove or add spaces after a period. The problem I need solved is to prevent spaces being added or removed after someone's middle initial, which is also followed by a period. Does anyone know how I can write a macro to prevent this from happening? I'm stumped. ![]() Thanks for any help you can offer. If you can help me with a macro, please email me directly at: kittyhawk63 at myfastmail dot com ![]() Last edited by Glaswegian : 02-11-2008 at 01:53 PM.
