Office XP (Office 2002) Not printing images in documents.

Hello, I'm hoping you can point me to some solution to this problem I'm having.
I've a computer here with WindowsXP Pro-SP2, with Office XP installed on it. I've a document on the network that has an image embedded in it (kinda like stationery) The problem is, Word will not print the embedded image. I can access the file from other computers, and print it with the image just fine. I can even log in as other users on the one affected computer, and have no issues.
I can see the image on print outline view, but I cannot see the image if I go to "Print preview". I do, however, see a blank spot where the picture is supposed to be.
This is true for all documents with embedded pictures. Not just the one document.

I have tried doing a 'repair' in the add/remove programs. It didn't solve the issue. I tried uninstalling, and then reinstalling, and it still did not resolve the issue. I am not sure what else to try. Do you have any suggestions?

I figured out a workaround to this problem. I deleted the user's profile, and let windows make a new one. This solved the issue. (At a cost of the user loosing ALL settings, causing me to have to restore them all.) Maybe this will somehow be helpful for someone.
