Office 2007 Home User CD Install
Hello,
I received my Office Enterprise 2007 Win32 English Direct DVD Home Use CD and in trying to install, nothing happens. I checked the contents of the CD and it is blank. I have a Dell Inspiron 1100, 1GB RAM, and a Matshita UJDA 360 cd/DVD. I tested an audio CD and it works fine then I placed the Office CD into another laptop and it ran without incident. I've upgrade the Firmware for the Matshita and it had no affect. Is my drive kaputt and needs to be replaced or is the CD the unique culprit? I can't replace my CD/DVD drive at the moment, can I transfer the files on the CD to the other laptop and then copy to CD? Apprecitae any help you can offer. PrussianPrince |
