Trouble with macros in excel

Hi,

Im trying to create macros in excel, but when i try to set them up it comes up saying something about it not being able to be created because the security levels are set to high so it gradually got dropped down and is now currently set on low and yet it still wont work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Re: Trouble with macros in excel

How are you creating your macros? Using the macro recorder or just typing the code directly into a VBA panel?

Did you change the security via Tools > Options > Security > Macro Security? It should be set to Medium.

Re: Trouble with macros in excel

What version of Excel is it?
You might be better off using the Macro recorder to sort it out.
