Re: Outlook express account help please!

Did you back up anything prior to wiping the drive?

To set up the OE . . . click on Tools . . Accounts . . New . . Mail . .

Enter username, password, incoming and outgoing servers addresses and you should be good to go.

Actually, when you first open IE it will probably open with wizard that will ask for all this information

Re: Outlook express account help please!

Actually, what goes in there depends somewhat on your internet provider. Therefore, we don't have enough information to feed you exactly what needs to go in there unless we know more about the provider.

What I would suggest, is that (assuming you have several email addresses) you contact your internet provider and they will tell you exactly what goes in each slot that needs informaton. Then, you can take the user name for each account and duplicate all of it except for a different user name. That is the quick and sure way to solve that issue.

Re: Outlook express account help please!

If that doesn't work, I can give you a generic view of how one is set up, but your provider would have the best information.
