Hi there.
I have been using word mail merges for a while now and I would consider myself fairly good with all of this, however I am having a problem that I hope someone can help me with. Basically, the database I am linking to is full of employee information, and in the first name field, they have their first name, then a space and then their middle name. Now in the letter I am creating, i only want to show the first name, so I need the merge field to only show the data to the left of the space. How can I do this? Many many thanks in advance, Craig.
