it has been a couple of days a cannot open the attachement in ____.xls format.
I 'm receveing this attachements in my e-mail.there are excel tabs.
but i find that strange because a week ago i was abble to do that.
now whem i try to open the file a window appear and tell me to wait til the computer is preparing microsoft office 2003 to be instaled
but i already had the office instaled. how com it dissapeared?
can someone help me.

Hi danielnistor and welcome to TSF !

Which version of office does the person that creates the excel tabs use ? If it's office 2007 then download and install the Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats.

If that doesn't help try to uninstall/reinstall office.
