Help with Microsoft Outlook

My girlfriend can no longer receive e-mails from me at work. Everything was working fine for months then all of the sudden, about three days ago, she stopped getting them. I am receiving hers fine and all others as well. No one else is having a problem receiving mine either. Its obviously something in her settings that is causing this. She said she didnt mess with anything. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this??

Re: Help with Microsoft Outlook

Hi there run13,

Get her to check in her spam filter and see if the mail you sent her is in there. She might have moved one of your emails there by mistake and then outlook 2003's spam filter thinks that your mail is spam from now on.

Re: Help with Microsoft Outlook

How do you check the Outlook spam filter? I am having trouble receiving emails from a friend who just switched to Embarq.

The problem is I'm not receiving anything at all and she's not getting the emails bounced back to her or any error messages.

She can receive mine though.
