Excel docs not opening automatically in 2007
I'm running Office 2007 and whenever i try to open excel documents sent to me, i have to minimize them so that i can view them. What's the deal?? I assume it has something to do with 2007 opening docs created in previous versions...Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Re: Excel docs not opening automatically in 2007
What version(s) are they created in?
What are you seeing if you do not minimize? Can you give a screen shot?

Re: Excel docs not opening automatically in 2007
mickey369,
Did you get this resolved? I have just installed Office 2007 and am having the same issue. I either have to minimize, maximize, or press the office circle in the corner for the excel doc to open so i can view it. This is only happening in Excel. All other office products are working fine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, ran all updates for OS and Office and still getting the same thing. This is happening on MS server 2003 machine. |
