Printing problems
Hi all, I'm a newbie here.
I have a query and hope someone can be of some assistance. Possibly an easy one to solve... We have a customer that has a Lexmark printer and when printing ONLY Microsoft Office documents to the printer the images are faint (although text is fine). It is fine when printing from our own software & Windows test pages. printer company say there's nothing wrong with the printer  . This could be as easy as a small setting somewhere but could not find anything. All help will be greatly appreciated. |

Tools > Options > Print tab > under Printing options, uncheck the Draft output box.

Sorry for stating the obvious; just wanted us to be covered.
 Does this issue happen when you print from Print Preview, as well?A couple of references: How to troubleshoot printing problems in Word 2007 or in Word 2003 How to troubleshoot problems that you may experience when you try to print to a local printer by using Office programs in Windows XP
