[SOLVED] Microsoft Word Assistant

How do I get rid of this annoying animation assistant that constantly pops up? Thanks in advance for any help.

How to modify or remove Office Assistant Help in Office 2000 - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/203689

Right-click the assistant, select Options and remove the checkmark for 'Use the Office Assistant'.

I actually right clicked for options earlier. Can't believe I missed that particular checkmark area. Thanks.
