Can not print logo in word 2003

Hi All

Just having a strange problem here. I have a user who can not print the company logo in the header section. In the perview the heading sections shows - \\server..\ .wmf , which is really the path of the file plus things like ' mergeformat\* .. (some kind of fomatting?) The print out is exactly the same as what is showing in the perview. I tried to print on different printers (all networks) and it didnt not make any difference, tried to print different documents containg logos, all failed. Everyone else can print this document. Therefore I believe there is some kind of config issue with his word, I performed an office repair but it didnt resolve anything. I could try a fresh install next, but really dont believe that's the issue. IMO there is some registry setting or setting in Word itself need to be adjusted, of course I dont know where..

Can someone advice please?

The path to the file is in a network location? If you move the logo file locally and replace the image path in the header with the one directing to the local file, does it get printed or not? Can this computer open this network location with Windows Explorer?
