Oultlook 2003 .pst
Dear Support,
my problem is as follow: i am using Microsoft outlook 2003, i was using only one personal Folder which contains the inbox, outbox, sent items, and my own folders, i was doing periodic Back up for my personal folder i was exporting the personal folder to personalFolder.pst file and saving it on my server, each time i am updating this .pst file (with the file import and export option in outlook 2003). one day i created one new Archive Group and i copied all my folders to this group, now my outlook express contains the personal folder and the archive group so i was exporting the personal Folder and the archive to the same previous personalFolder.pst file thinking that all the updates of the archive folder and the personal folder will merge together in a same .pst file now a problem happened to my PC and i wanted to restore the back up so i imported the data from the personalFolder.pst to the empty outlook, and i was surprised that only the personal Folder was restored without the archive, i know that the .pst files contains both group information but it shows only the Personal Folder, i think the Archive folder is existing but is hidden somewhere in the pst file can you please advise how can i restore the Archive group from the personalFolder.pst file ? |
