Email Notification
Is there a software that notifies a user when an email has been placed in a certain folder? Basically we have a number of Folder under the Public Folders in MS Exchange. If we receive an email for a JOB we move that email in the JOBs Folder under the Public Folder. Now I want to check whether there is a software that when I move the email in that folder the software automatically sends and email to HR informaing them that a new email has been added in the JOBs Folder.

Re: Email Notification
Hello again,
Sorry for the delay. Please open up Outlook, click Tools, Options, under the title 'Email' click Email Options, Advanced email Options, underneath 'When new items arrive in my inbox' tick all those boxes. |
