Hello
I am using access 2003. Currently on my form page i have a text box called project and i also have a text box called item. Next to those text boxes, I have a command button "find". When I press the find button a report pops up but it just displays the labels: ROW, RACK, and BIN. ideally, i want a user to enter a specified item and project number, then press the "find" button and a report will pop up indicating all of the ROWS, RACK and BINs for that item and project number. I am not sure if I should use a macro or visual basic for that command. I guess the real question is how do you like that "FIND" command button to search the table for that item and project number and output that information into a report filling in ROW, RACK and BIN. I want to attached my database file foy your analysis, but it won't let me. however if you need it for more clarification, please let me know and give your email address and Ill send it privately. Thanks
