Office calander
Hi,
here is my problem there is a recurring meeting that happens on the first thursday of every month between 8:00am - 9:00am in three attendees calanders the organizer of the meeting need one instance changed to 1:00pm - 2:00pm now one of the attendee is trying to accept the new time via email that the organiser has sent out...The email has in the header that the new time conflics with another appointment in her calander.. but.. when you look at her calander that time slot is empty..now if she tries to accept or decline the meeting she gets tthe error message coming up that as the meeting organizer you do not need to respond to the meeting.. anyone have any thoughts!? |
