I need an Excel Wiz!

I have a spreadsheet with a list of approx 300 employees. When I run a Macro, it pulls data from a different location to find out if any employees were tardy for the day. Then, in order to indicate if an employee was tardy, it posts a red block marked "1" in the cell that coincides with that employee and the date of the tardy.

My question is, how can I filter out the employees that are not tardy so that I can copy out just the ones who are tardy?

If you can help me, I will love you forever!

You can simply do a search on that field for the 1 and then say find all and then hit ctrl+a when its done and then ctrl+c and move them to another sheet it will highlight and move the entire row.

As an alternative, use Autofilter, filter on your column with the "1", then copy and paste the results.
