Office 2007 ruined 0ffice 2003

I downloaded a limited time trial version of office 2007 some 60+ days ago from the official Microsoft site. At the end of the trial period, I decided not to purchase and using the add/delete programs function, deleted it. Now my Office 2003 seems to be corrupted. It will not load correctly and keeps asking for a .cab file. The Office 2003 version was ordered with our Dell computer when it was bought through Costco. I have been told the only cure for this is the original installation disc, which I do not have. How can I fix this without buying Office 2007. Why did it corrupt by Office 2003 -- I have downloaded trial versions several times without having the original program end up unusable.

Thanks, Jack. I'll try that. For a pirate you've been most helpful.
