Hello.
I'm having the worst problem with an issue one of my users is having. Frequently (not consistently, however) when my user tries to save a document he opened, word advises him that it's Read Only. He advises this happens very randomly and he may or may not have already saved the document. As the document is now flagged by Word as Read Only he's required to do a Save As... and then delete the original file and rename the file with corrections. I looked through options and didn't see anything. I also used Explorer to check the folder that the file is in.. no temp files. Any thoughts? |
