Mail Merge from Oulook emails to Word
I use a paypal merchant account, to sell items on my website.
There are paypal 'Buy Now' buttons, which automatically process the shopping basket, and the payments, for items. When a customer purchases an item, I get an email from paypal, with the details of the purchase, and the name and address to send it too. I have a template word document letter/receipt that I send with items, and have to copy and paste the information from the paypal email, into word, for each customer. Is there a way of creating a mail merge, that can take the various information from the email message (name, address, items purchased) and insert it into my word document template? I use Outlook and Word 2002. Thanks |

Instead I now use paypals ‘packaging slip’ – it’s not slick, and there’s not that much you can customise, but it makes it a bit quicker and less tedious for me. |
