help for ....

i am looking if i can protect colom. on exel, that does not give any acces to anypersonn modified the contents. of it., and at the same time they could work on other colums. on the same sheet.
2) their are any way to hide a full sheet that has some formulas to be links on a work sheet. please help...step by step please if their are any way.

Yes we can do all that. Some questions first...

What version of Excel are you using?
You want to hide a complete worksheet or just the formulas? Is it to be completely hidden so that no user will be able to access it?

yes sir , i am using office 2003 excel 203 then . i wanna hid a fornula that no boddy can acces to get it. or to steel it. thank you for helping.

Hi again

You can hide a formula and stop it showing in the formula bar by first selecting the cell or cells you want. Then go to Format > Cells > Protection tab and check the 'Hidden' box. You will now have to protect the worksheet for this to be effective. Go to Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet. You will now see various options about the level of protection that suits you best. Once you've chosen the options you need, create a password and that's you finished.
