Confused Outlook 2003 issue

Hi everyone,

Every now and again, and more often than not, if a customer has embedded pictures in their signature and we reply to the e-mail, it will delete all or most (seems like anything done in the last 5-10 minutes) of the text within the body of the e-mail message, and it sends them an attachment of the picture they had in their signature, no body at all. It shows this in our 'Sent Items' box as well.

We then have to delete all pictures from the e-mail and re-create the message.

Any help with this matter would be greatly, greatly appreciated as this has plagued us for quite a while.

We use Exchange Server 2000 and our clients use Outlook 2003/Outlook Express. It does not seem to affect Outlook Express clients.
