How do I activate the number pad for foreign language characters?
It's quite odd; here in Mexico most people use the ENGLISH keyboard and every time they need to write an accent or upside-down question mark, etc, they press CTRL + 164 - for example and they get that character.
That seems amazingly on the side of making life difficult to me, when with a few sessions one learns the Spanish keyboard and from then on ¡it's a piece of ¿cake?! On my computer the number pad doesn't do that, and I would like to activate it. Anybody know how to do that? Thanks |
